Thai Heritage is a Thai dress rental atelier on Nimmanhaemin Soi 17, Chiang Mai. We rent traditional Thai costumes for women and men, in silk with gold embroidery and jewelry, and fit each one to you in the shop. Rental starts at 390 THB for half a day; the special handmade VIP dresses shown on this site are 1,500 THB. Open every day, 08:00–18:00.

Silk, gold and a good fit

A Thai costume is silk, gold and jewelry, and it only looks right when it fits. So the dress you choose is fitted on you here, before you step out.
- Silk
- Sbai shawls, tops and skirts in silk, in colors that run from deep vermilion to moon white.
- Gold embroidery
- Gold thread worked into brocade and borders. It is what catches the light in a photo.
- Jewelry
- Gold jewelry finishes a traditional costume. Ask us what comes with your look.
- Fitting & alterations
- We fit the costume on you and adjust it where it needs it, in the atelier.

Nimman is the café quarter on the west side of Chiang Mai, between the Old City and the hills. Our shop is on Soi 17, a side lane off Nimmanhaemin Road.
Come in for your fitting, then walk out in silk. The lanes around Nimman are lined with cafés, and calmer than the busiest streets of the Old City.
